Information
Our plan is: a wide range of rooms for different people in different phases of life. Diversity is also important in the rooms. 🙂
We repair defective furniture and other furnishings wherever possible instead of buying new ones straight away. In this way we extend the life cycle, reduce costs and also the environmental impact. So if everything isn’t new and modern, it has that background. Of course, it still has to work and meet the respective standards.
When selecting materials, we also focus on quality wherever possible and therefore also buy (decent) used furniture or furniture made from untreated wood. It is not uncommon for floors to be waxed instead of varnished.
Like all of our accommodations, our rooms are completely smoke-free and should remain that way.
The location of our rooms is always close to bus stops or central enough that a lot of things can be done on foot. This means you can often leave the car parked and enjoy short journeys.
What you need to know: Because many of our accommodations are very central, you can expect the normal noise environment that inner cities have. If you have special requirements, please state this directly when making your inquiry.
